Modeling & Simulation
With a proven ability to rapidly adopt new tools, AeroFly's delivers high-fidelity analyses that de-risk designs and accelerate development. AeroFly's Team excels in discrete element method simulations using Project Chrono’s DEM-Engine, leveraged in our recent NASA Phase I SBIR, and has deep expertise in FEA, topology optimization, and multi-physics modeling in ANSYS; CFD and particle dynamics in STAR-CCM+; and algorithm analysis and data-driven modeling in MATLAB.
Mechanical Design
AeroFly delivers manufacturing-ready drawings with precise tolerancing and fit verification to ensure optimal performance and seamless integration. Proved in Phase I SBIR experience and participation in NASA challenges such as Break the Ice and RASC-AL, AeroFly's Team produces highly detailed 3D CAD models and assemblies that meet the highest standards of engineering precision and innovation.
Solutions Rendering
After finalizing Modeling, Physics Simulation and Mechanical Design, AeroFly generates realistic looking scenes that represent the optimal mechanical solution at work.
Rapid Prototyping
AeroFly's hands-on Team efficiently and seamlessly combines CNC machining, precision welding, and additive manufacturing, with electronic assembly with partners to rapidly produce functional and high-performance proof of concept, test benches and mission-ready prototypes.
